Tustin event to benefit charity

A music festival set to take place in Tustin in mid-April will help out a charity, and will be hosted by Tustin Host Lions Club.

Lions Music Fest features a line-up of local recording artists along with a meal and raffle. The food will be prepared by the team at the venue for the event. The menu includes a Smokehouse Burger, BBQ Chicken Salad, ¼ rack of BBQ Ribs, a BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, an array of side dishes, non-alcoholic drinks, and cornbread.

The dinner is included with a ticket purchase. A raffle for some unique prize packages will also be held, and this is also included with the purchase price. Flyer printing is often used in promotion of such charity events.

The artists included in the concert line-up are Tim Miller, Ryan Siegel, and Matt Koerner. Each will have their own individual set before coming together to perform again as a group.

The charity the concert will raise funds for is Life Rolls On. Their mission is to give disabled people the chance to participate in sports and other physical activities through having modified equipment, as well as bettering the overall quality of their lives. Money can be donated through the website if someone wants to help but is unable to attend an event.

Tickets cost between $50 and $500, with higher amounts allowing for the purchaser’s name to be printed on the festival’s menu. The event is located at Rock & Brews, and will take place from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm on April 10.
