The Royal Canadian Air Force’s Snowbirds is an aerobatic team that participates in air shows and events all over the world, and will be just one of the attractions at Wings Over Wine Country, which will be taking to the skies over Santa Rosa this September.
Both modern and vintage aircraft will be part of this family-friendly demonstration of precision flying. It will be an all-ages event, and for those who would like a chance to meet the pilots and crew members that make it all possible, there will even be a Performers’ Reception on the Friday evening before the airshow.
Along with the Snowbirds, a Heritage Flight of vintage aircraft has been planned, and there will also be a demonstration of A10 ‘Warthogs’. The U.S. Air Force Academy skydiving team is scheduled to perform, and several civilian aviators will also participate in an aerobatic show. A C-17 transport plane will be on site for the attendees to explore, and displays, a wine and beer garden, and food services have been planned.
A variety of Promotional Products can be created by a printer to sell during an event like this, providing a popular choice for souvenirs of the occasion.
Wings Over Wine Country will be taking to the sky on September 28 and 29, and the pre-event reception will be held on September 27. The event's website includes more information, as well as an opportunity to purchase tickets, sign up to volunteer, and other details.
