The east lawn of the Luther Burbank Center in Santa Rosa will soon be transformed into a one day only outdoor celebration of the area's distillery scene, and the function is restricted to adults only.
While Sonoma County may be best known for the variety of wines it produces, it also boasts a vibrant community of craft distillers. These will be taking center stage during the Wine Country Distillery Festival, which has been rescheduled from its original date in March.
A wide assortment of distillers will be setting up shop for the celebration, and the crowd will be able to sample a variety of locally produced spirits. Food will be available from an assortment of area food trucks and other eateries, and while they enjoy the food and drinks, they will be treated to live music and other fun.
For the safety of all of the guests at the function, both general admission and designated driver tickets are on offer, and the price for entry starts at $15 each. Many event organizers that offer different ticketing options choose to order wristbands from area printing service companies to give to each attendee.
The Wine Country Distillery Festival will be bringing the fun of an outdoor celebration to Santa Rosa on August 13. The schedule for the afternoon runs from 12:00 pm until 4:00 pm.
