An annual event hosted by the Sonoma-Marin Saving Water Partnership is set to make its return, but for the protection of both the attendees and the property owners, it will look a little bit different this year.
The annual Eco Friendly Garden Tour will welcome Santa Rosa horticulturists for an afternoon of exploration. The virtual activity will offer a sneak peek behind the gates of some of the area’s most innovative and environmentally-friendly plantings, and registrations for the function are currently being accepted.
The online tour will give an insider's view of several properties, and these will be filmed by a professional videographer. It will offer high-definition views, and showcase a variety of garden plans, techniques, and plant choices that are kind to the Earth. The event is free to participate in, so anyone interested is encouraged to enjoy the learning experience.
Due to the pandemic, many events like this have been moved online. Offering those who take part a chance to order printed educational materials will help them to keep on learning, and these can be prepared by a brochure printing company in the local area.
The date for this year’s Eco-Friendly Garden Tour will be May 15. It will start at 2:00 pm, and more information is available to the public on its online listing.
