A festival that celebrates the art of making cheese is set to introduce foodies to everything on offer in their area.
This Santa Rosa annual event will offer three days of fun, and the activities on the agenda will cater to all ages. The Sonoma County Event Center at the Fairgrounds will welcome ticketholders for the long weekend. Tickets are being sold in an “a la carte” style, so the price will depend upon which type is chosen, ranging from $25 up to $175.
The plans for the 17th California Artisan Cheese Festival will also showcase the area's winemaking industry. There will be wine and cheese tastings, farm tours, seminars, a cheese crawl, live entertainment, and a pop-up market, at which the attendees will be able to purchase artisan cheeses, wines, liqueurs, spirits, and other gourmet treats.
