The organizers of the Sonoma County Matsuri Celebration are preparing for its 2023 instalment. It will be held in mid-May, and it will provide a fun way to kick off the springtime festival season.
The guests at the festival will be treated to live demonstrations of taiko drumming, as well as folk music and dance. A martial arts display is on the agenda, and everyone can watch the mochi pounding, which will be set up on a stage located on the lawn. There will be exhibits of Japanese art and clothing, along with a kids’ discovery table, and admission to the festivities is free of charge for those who would like to join the fun.
