An opportunity to purchase affordable housing is currently on offer in Santa Rosa.
This program, which is administered by Burbank Housing, has been, “designed to make home ownership affordable”, and an information session has been planned that will supply further details.
This initiative is intended for individuals and families that meet certain income guidelines. It was explained that these are based upon the number of people living in the household, up to a maximum of six.
A total of 48 new homes have been built, and during the information session, potential owners will find out about pricing, as well as different financing options that may be available. The homes will be allotted through a process that is similar to a lottery, and this will be discussed as well.
When the event is over, each participant who is interested in applying will be invited to pick up their application package. A brochure printing company will be able to provide the organizers of a function like this with pamphlets and other materials that can both supply information and outline the application process.
This event is scheduled to take place in the Roseland Community Center on Monday, April 1, starting at 7:30 pm. If there are no spaces left, information about the Lantana Homes program can still be obtained on the Burbank Housing website.
