A gathering aiming to make big day planning easier for all is coming to the local area for its winter/spring edition in early January.
The Santa Clara Wedding Expo is a show put on by the International Wedding Festival company. In this event future brides, grooms, and bridal parties are able to connect with experts from across the industry. This includes planners, photographers, bakers, dress designers/bridal shops, hair stylists, makeup artists, DJs, florists, jewelry designers, catering services, venues, photo booths, registry services, suits, other entertainment, and ministers/officiants.
Going on sale December 29 through the ticket service Eventbrite is a special VIP option. For $100, buyers can get early entry at 10:00 am for themselves and a trio of friends, access to the VIP Lounge area, and a gift bag of items including a veil, tiara, sashes for both the bride and her bridesmaids, two nights in a hotel, and a free-of-charge wedding band.
Regular tickets cost $15 and allow admission for a two-hour window of either 11:00 am to 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Several chances to win additional prizes will be available throughout the event. At shows like this one, many vendors will often have Promotional Products available.
The venue is California’s Great America’s Pavilion Hall. The show will run from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 8.
