This month, techies and foodies will come together in Silicon Valley for ‘Bite, Where Food and Technology Meet’. During the event in Santa Clara, topics like the world’s food supply in relation to technology will be discussed.
The three-day event will begin with an all-day conference, where professionals will talk about issues such as food waste and genetic modification. Tickets for the conference cost $249 and include breakfast and lunch. After the conference, guests may want to enjoy a seasonal dinner at the local restaurant Quattro, which costs $250.
For the next two days, there will be cooking demonstrations, presentations, and a wine seminar. There will also be a grand tasting on these two days, where individuals can walk around and sample food and wine. In addition, they can learn about the latest technology in the culinary world.
The grand tastings cost $149 for each day and $175 for the grand tasting and the wine seminar. A weekend pass costs $249. Festival passes are $499 and include access to all events except the Quattro dinner.
