Football fans are invited to gather their friends together and head to Santa Clara’s bourbon Pub to enjoy an afternoon of cheering on their favorite team.
To mark the Super Bowl, a variety of tailgate party style favorites will be given a gourmet twist. The eatery’s brand new BBQ Smoker will be unveiled and given its first run, and brisket, spicy sausage, baby back ribs, and other favorites will be on offer.
The vegetarians in the crowd will also have lots to choose from. Braised Greens, Brussels ‘Cole’ slaw, and marinated portabella mushrooms will all be on the menu. Diane’s Bloody Marys will be available, and an assortment of beers, wines, and spirits can be purchased by anyone who would like a different drink to wash down their meal.
Football fans who attend the party will be able to watch the big game on one more than 70 flat screens located throughout the establishment. The pub will have a festive atmosphere, and the organizers expect it to be rather busy. Banners and other decorations can be prepared by a local printer for use during an event like this.
