The Silicon Valley Chamber of Commerce has announced that it will, once again, be hosting its annual State of Our Cities event.
This luncheon comes from the Chamber’s Government Relations Committee and is meant to give event attendees the chance to get a broad view of how local cities are doing and what their plans are. Attendees usually include local elected officials, high-level city appointees, or local political scientists.
The event will give attendees the chance to not only hear updates about how the cities are doing, but ask questions and get information about future plans. It will be an opportunity for attendees to discover what local business projects may exist in the future.
The Chamber notes that this is part of the Silicon Valley Signature Events series, which means that there are more opportunities for networking and sponsorships. As such, event attendees should bring Business Cards and be prepared to talk with potential new connections.
The event will be held on March 16 from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. It is being held at the Embassy Suites Milipitas, located at 901 East Calaveres Blvd., Milipitas, so just outside of Santa Clara. Tickets are $84 for early registrants who are members, and regular registration for members is $94. For more information, including how to register, visit the event’s website.
