Santa Clara will host a science-themed camp for young kids in a few weeks.
This event will cover studies of air and water. Teachers will show how to take notes in lab Books, as well as evaluating safety before starting an experiment. Models may be built with some of the experiments done. Kids will also work on equations.
Camp organizers will contact parents closer to the start with what materials they need to provide. Emails will likely contain a letterhead from Pump It Up!, the venue, or Science Nature Labs!, the organizer.
Science fiction stories written by the campers have a chance of being published on the website. After registration, more details about specific topics that will be covered will be provided. Snacks, lunch, and water should be sent each day. If unable to attend the whole event, single days are available.
The lessons cost $125 a day, or $600 for all 5 days. This camp is for children ages 5 to 8. The dates are June 14 through 18, with the events lasting from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
If parents wish to transfer their child, they have the option to turn their purchase into credits. This will be done at no charge before the start, but afterwards there will be a $10 charge.
