Real Estate Agents in the Santa Clara region are looking forward to the 2017 Xplode Conference next month.
The one-day event features a multitude of workshops, speakers, and discussions all aimed at improving local property sales.
What sets Xplode apart from other conferences is the very short time limits set on the speakers. Whereas most events such as this would provide a lecturer a full hour to give a talk, Xplode allows only 20 to 40 minutes per seminar. This, in their opinion, allows the speaker to go in depth on their topic while trimming out all the filler from the talk. It also enables the conference to have more discussions of more topics, giving visitors the chance to get the most out of the experience.
The event will be focused on modern methods of selling real estate. A large emphasis this year will be placed on marketing services in the digital age, including the best ways to optimize websites, how to use predictive marketing to find new clients, and how to add video to the business’ current marketing mix. It will also cover the more traditional aspects of sales like relationship management, pitches, and closes.
The Xplode Conference will take place on June 12 from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm at the Santa Clara Convention Center, located at 5001 Great America Pkwy. Registration costs between $20 and $69. Anyone looking for more information or wishing to register should visit Eventbrite.
