Santa Clara crowd to see music legends

A group from across the pond will be bringing their tour out to Santa Clara in mid July.


The Rolling Stones is a band who originated back in the ‘60s in the UK. Members included Charlie Watts, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Brian Jones, and Bill Wyman. Jones passed in 1969, with Watts following in 2021. Ronnie Wood joined some time after Jones’s death, and has been with the group since. Currently, Wood, Jagger, and Richards are the full lineup.

The band has not slowed down, releasing a new album in 2023. Over the years, the awards earned by the group have included honors such as a spot in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, a Grammy for Best Rock Album, a Lifetime Achievement Grammy, and a Video Vanguard Award from MTV’s VMAs.

Among the catalog for The Rolling Stones are songs like “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction,” “Honky Tonk Women,” “Start Me Up,” and “You Can’t Always Get What You Want.”

The Hackney Diamonds ‘24 Tour is visiting Levi’s Stadium. Tickets, like with most music performances, are sold through Ticketmaster’s website. The available options include both regular and resale price tags. The range is $91.50-$3,960. A custom graphic design is often included on merchandise sold on each tour. The music will be starting at 7:30pm. Attendees can enjoy the show on July 17th.
