In just a few days, Santa Clara locals can indulge in a meal while visiting Santa.
The Santa Clara Parks and Recreation division will host a ‘Breakfast with Santa’. The Santa Clara High School Booster Club will be treating guests to a pancake breakfast with sausage and various beverages. Along with breakfast, kids can also take a photo with Mr. Claus and make some holiday-themed craft items.
The event will take place at the Santa Clara Senior Center. Although the pancake breakfast is for all ages, the center was created to provide programs and services for seniors aged 50 and older. The establishment offers exercise classes, health and wellness services, and offsite excursions.
It is likely that the event organizers used a flyer printing service to create a handout to pass out around the local community, and also post at the senior center.
The event costs $14 for residents and $18 for nonresidents, all of whom should preregister. Children under the age of one are free and do not need to register in advance, although an adult needs to accompany any minors to the event.
Residents who already have an account may register online on the City of Santa Clara website. Those without one can go to the Community Recreation Center, with proof of residency, to register. The course number is 53790.
The fun takes place on December 13 from 9:00 am until 11:00 am. Call (408)-615-3140 for more information.
