International star to visit Santa Clara

A famous performer from the UK will be taking their tour through Santa Clara in mid-September.

Ed Sheeran is a songwriter, singer, and actor. Starting at the young age of 11, Sheeran eventually topped charts as an independent performer, leading to his signing with a major label, as well as many performance opportunities. His career took off, and he worked with major artists like One Direction, Chance The Rapper, Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, and Justin Bieber. Making appearances in many projects, often playing himself, Sheeran has also taken to acting. A few of these roles have been in “Red Notice,” “The Simpsons,” “Yesterday,” and “Game of Thrones.”

Tunes Sheeran is known for include “Thinking out Loud,” “The A Team,” “Eyes Closed,” “Shape of You,” “Celestial,” “Bad Habits,” “New Man,” and “Castle on the Hill.”

His latest release is the album “-” (Subtract.)

The +₋=÷× Tour will bring Levi’s Stadium to life for a night. Fellow artists Maisie Peters and Russ will be providing support for Sheeran at the event. Tickets, found using the service Ticketmaster, are in the price range of $89 to $159 at the time of writing, however, costs may change based on demand. Larger venues like this often have merchandise with the artist’s Logo Design at several points in order to better manage crowds. The concert is kicking into gear on September 16th at 6:00pm.
