A late December musical experience is set to fill the air with the magic of the holiday season for Santa Clara residents.
Santastic! is a performance Santa Claus himself plans to put to entertain the crowd, together with his trusty elves. However, when the merry crew (which includes elves Tingle, Kringle, Jingle, and Bob) receives a message not long before the show, those plans are called into doubt. The quartet comes together and decides to go ahead with the performance, filling in for the big guy in red.
Starting off with a Christmas song medley, the show is filled with nostalgia and excitement. The elves will recount tales of iconic holiday story scenes, including some with Frosty, Mr. Grinch, and Rudolph. The musical was created by Shannon and Scott Guggenheim, with Stephen serving as musical director.
The show also includes an after-party where guests can talk to their favorite characters and make some fun crafts. As a part of attending the musical, the audience will be given a bundle of Promotional Products and some props they will be asked to use during the event. Tickets are $25, although members of the Clubhouse Series at San Jose Playhouse are granted a 35% price discount. In addition to this, they will be given a discount of 10% to use at the venue’s cafe.
