A popular recording artist will be bringing several of their friends on tour with them, with a show set in late June that is sure to appeal to Santa Clara residents.
Halsey is a songwriter, director, actress, singer, and more, who became a mother just last year, having a son with Alev Aydin. They have released several albums, as well as featuring on songs by other artists.
Halsey, who uses both the ‘she’ and ‘they’ pronoun, had their big break into the mainstream when they collaborated with The Chainsmokers on the hit “Closer” in 2016. Other collabs include “Strangers” with Lauren Jauregui, “Forget Me Too” with Machine Gun Kelly, “the other girl” with Kelsea Ballerini, and more. Some of Halsey’s solo hits are “Castle,” “New Americana,” “Bad At Love,” “I’m Not a Woman, I am a God,” and “Nightmare”.
The Love And Power Tour will feature appearances from Beabadoobee, The Marias, Pinkpanthress, Wolf Alice, and Abby Roberts. The show near Santa Clara in particular will see Abby Roberts and The Marias as the opening acts. Tickets range from $25 to $195 at the time of writing, with some prices being for resales. Packages including access to a rental chair for the lawn are $39.50. Tickets that are not one of the resales will each include what is known as a “Virtual Commemorative Ticket,” which is a digital item. Merchandise with the album Logo Design is often for sale at similar events.
The venue is the Shoreline Amphitheatre, located in Mountain View. The concert will kick off at 7:00 pm on June 24.
