Art gallery to display latest pieces from Santa Clara area creatives

A local art gallery is preparing to open its doors for a showing in a few weeks, putting the latest works of several area artists on display for attendees.

The Lành: A Healing Journey Exhibit Opening Reception has a date in the calendar, and Santa Clara area residents are invited to attend and discover each artist’s narrative and inspiration. Each piece is designed to take the viewer on a journey through the artist’s view of healing.

The pieces in the exhibit include experimental and traditional art, as well as several pieces that fall between those two genres. Organizers hope that each piece can act as an inspiration to attendees to begin a healing and growth journey. Banner printing is a colorful way to welcome interested parties to such art exhibitions while generating curiosity and interest for passersby driving or walking past the event venue.

Artists participating in the show include Lailani Africa, Jonathan Perea, Jayann Bella, and Angelina Melchor Nguyen. All artists will be introduced at the beginning of the show on opening day, with the gallery remaining open for three months.

The show and exhibit will be hosted by Chopsticks Alley Art in San Jose starting Friday, February 7. The doors will open at 5:00 PM on opening night, and the gallery will remain open until May 4. Attendance is free, and interested parties can RSVP online.
