An arts and crafts show will help kick off the holiday gift buying season in San Diego early next month.
The city’s Balboa Park will be the location for the Birds, Bees, Flowers and Trees craft sale, and it will connect the public with works produced by members of the San Diego Floral Association. Many of the items on offer will be one of a kind in what is set to be an action-packed day.
Along with a chance to browse through a range of handmade items, the attendees will be able to enjoy themselves in the kids’ crafts area, and there will also be a costume competition. Ms. Smarty Plants will be on site as well to entertain the kids. Flower lovers will get a chance to be inspired by the skills shown in the floral show, and several eco-friendly not-for-profit groups will have a booth or kiosk set up for the event.
Admission to this show and sale is free, and everyone is welcome. Festive décor, including ornate Banners, can be produced by a local banner printing company to use during an event like this.
The Birds, Bees, Flowers and Trees craft expo will be on offer at Balboa Park on Wednesday, October 6. It will be open to shoppers from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm.
