A major festival will bring the heat to America’s Finest City in the new year.
Since downtown San Diego is less than 20 miles from Tijuana, Mexico, Mexican culture, food, music, and performing arts are woven into the city’s fabric. The B.I.G. Salsa Festival San Diego 2022 could refer to the popular condiment, but in this case, it refers to salsa dancing.
The upcoming festival is spread across four days, and each will offer different experiences, including performances by some of the biggest stars in music and the performing arts. There will also be live band concerts, Latin dance parties that continue into the early hours of the morning, and dance classes. The headliner is Jose Alberto (“La Canario”) who will appear live and in concert. Organizers of events like this can use brochure printing to create appropriate programs.
The event is suited to both newcomers and those who enjoy dancing but want to advance and improve their technique. There are beginners’ classes, challenges for those who are advanced in the techniques of salsa dancing, and everything between the two.
The B.I.G. Salsa Festival San Diego 2022 begins January 14 at 7:00 pm and winds up January 17 at 4:00 am. The venue is the Marriott Mission Valley on Rio San Diego Drive. Alberto appears at 12.00 am on Friday.
