The 13th annual Still Saving Lives Car Show and Safety Fair is taking place in just a few days in Woodland Hills, presented by the Lost Angeles Police Department.
The emcee for this year will be Mark Kriski from the KTLA Morning Show. The show will feature vintage cars from as far back as 1900. The public can still register their vehicles for $30 each and will receive a T-shirt. The cars on display will be competing for several awards including best of 1900-1931 Stock, 1933-1948 Modified, Corvette, T-Bird, and Factory Muscle.
In addition, several LAPD vehicles will be on display during the day. This will include a helicopter, off-road unit, and bomb squad vehicle. There will also be a raffle and a silent auction, as well as 15 food trucks will be on hand to provide a variety of dishes. The LAPD will also be providing information to the public on their programs and services, such as K-9 and SWAT.
The show will likely feature cars from all over, including nearby Northridge, so organizers will likely hire a local printing company to provide the T-Shirts car owners will receive.
The Still Saving Lives Car Show and Safety Fair will be held at Warner Center Park this Saturday, June 4, from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Admission is free of charge.
