Pleasant Hill to present exclusive webinar

The Stanford Institute of Philanthropy at John F. Kennedy University will be holding a live viewing of a webinar this April in Pleasant Hill.

The Pragmatist's Guide to Successful Special Events is a presentation that will teach viewers how to plan and execute different occasions properly. Guests will learn how to elevate their fundraisers by going over topics such as how to properly allocate resources, creating clear expectations, and making a healthy special events culture.

The presenter of the webinar will be Amy Wolfe, who is the President and CEO of the company AgSafe. The organization’s mission is to provide educational resources to food-related industries to help promote a safe and sustainable workforce. Wolfe has also served on the Board of Directors for the Association of Fundraising Professionals and is a member of the Modesto Rotary.

After the presentation, guests can participate in a hosted discussion about the topics covered in the webinar. Attendees can also network with other viewers when the conversation is finished. Those who go to events like this can use business card printing to exchange contact details with other people and create valuable connections.

The Pragmatist’s Guide to Successful Special Events will be held on Wednesday, April 29. The live viewing of the webinar is free to join, though attendees must register for the event. The program will begin at 10:00 am and will conclude at 11:30 am.
