A school in Pleasant Hill has announced an upcoming fun run event for this spring with the goal of bringing the community together to support a meaningful cause.
The 2026 INT Team Light 8K Run & Fundraiser will be coming to Pleasant Hill in early April, inviting community residents, students, and their families to register, stretch their legs, lace their running shoes, and enjoy a jog in the spring weather.
Organizers expect to attract runners from all over California to participate, with the run supporting CityTeam and the group’s effort to support homeless men in their journey toward a better life. These affected men will use innovation programs to take steps toward making changes and getting on a healthier path. Running events like this are an excellent setting for banner printing, with Banners set up along the running path providing substantial impressions.
Runners who participate will be providing money to support meals, counseling, shelter, and other life-changing services for homeless men in the community. The Modern Mystery School’s initiates and families can join the run in Pleasant Hill and receive a commemorative t-shirt for their efforts. Community members can also make donations online.
The runners will meet at 1630 Contra Costa Boulevard in Pleasant Hill on Saturday, April 4th, at 9:00 AM. Interested runners who wish to register can do so online.
