This month, the Pleasant Hill Parks & Recreation District will be hosting a cornhole tournament at Pleasant Hill Park in California.
The Summer Cornhole Bag Toss Tournament is an event that welcomes the community to participate in friendly competition. This will be the 5th annual occurrence of the tournament, inviting locals to enter as individuals or two-person teams. Each team at the event will have a chance to participate in three games. Those who register as individuals will be paired with another player during the day of the tournament.
The Pleasant Hill Parks & Recreation District was established in 1951 by a group of locals that wanted to bring recreational opportunities to the community. The organization also aims to protect the environment by maintaining 269 acres of parkland. Since being created, the district has grown to offer over 2,300 different activities and classes. Event organizers can use flyer printing to spread information about upcoming programs accepting registrations.
The Summer Cornhole Bag Toss Tournament will be held on June 29 from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Check-in for the event will be at 1:00 pm. Anybody that would like to participate can enter as an individual for $10, or join as a team for $20. All groups must pre-register before playing in the tournament. Fees and completed Forms can be turned in to the Pleasant Hill’s Recreation Administration Office.
