Pleasant Hill set for charitable sporting event
The Contra Costa Country Club in Pleasant Hill will be organizing a fundraiser this June to support children impacted by autism.
The California Autism Foundation (CAF) 14th Annual Golf Classic is a charitable competition where the proceeds will go towards helping the CAF and A Better Chance School. Participants will play 18 holes of golf with a cart and will have a chance to win tee prizes.
Lunch will be served during the competition for attendees, and there will also be a 19th hole cocktail and rewards reception for the players. A complimentary raffle will occur during the event where almost everyone wins.
Businesses that wish to support the CAF and A Better Chance School can become sponsors for the event. There are several packages that companies can pick, with the cheapest starting at $350 and the most expensive being $10,000.
Organizations that sponsor the event will receive benefits like company logos being displayed on the golf course maps and online recognition. Organizers for fundraisers like this can use banner printing to represent sponsors at the event.
