The Diablo Valley College Workforce Development Office will be holding a culinary and hospitality hiring fair on their campus in Pleasant Hill, California this April.
Those looking for new job opportunities can come to Diablo Valley College for their Spring 2019 Culinary, Baking and Pastry, and Hospitality Hiring Fair. The event provides people with a chance to meet with companies looking for additional help filling full and part-time, and seasonal positions. Internships will also be available.
The hiring fair will be open to students currently attending Diablo Valley College, as well as alumni who majored in fields related to culinary and hospitality positions. Businesses in the culinary and hospitality industry that are searching for talented and qualified employees can apply to be featured at the fair. There is also an application that companies can complete to create internships with the college.
Job applicants can network with local businesses and their classmates while attending the campus event. Students can use business card printing to help provide valuable contact information that attendees can exchange with other guests.
The Spring 2019 Culinary, Baking and Pastry, and Hospitality Hiring Fair will be held on Tuesday, April 23rd from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. The event will be located on the third floor of the HSF Building in the Diablo Room. Those who are going to the hiring fair can RSVP by April 19th.
