Breathing courses planned for Pleasant Hill area

Residents of Pleasant Hill who want to learn the basics of trauma-release breathwork should plan accordingly, as a breathing course is coming to the nearby Walnut Creek area.

A small group workshop is happening in early 2024, with the goal of the course to teach participants how to release trauma and enable physical and spiritual growth. Guests will receive guidance from Leni Pratte, an experienced healer and spiritual guide. The course is designed to teach and accommodate six students.

Students who attend the somatic trauma-release breathing course will dive into the power of breathwork and the positive outlook it provides to practitioners. Attendees will learn to move beyond their bodies to discover their true nature under Pratte’s guidance, backed up by his years of experience with meditation and spiritual guidance.

A powerful technique, trauma-release breathwork can help attendees suffering from depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), addiction, and migraines. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing to relax and enter an altered state. Poster printing is an excellent method to spread awareness of events like this one.

The course will be held on Ygnacio Valley Road in Walnut Creek on Tuesday, January 9th, with the class beginning at 4:00 PM. Tickets start at $108 and can be purchased online through the class’s Eventbrite page. Interested parties can contact the course instructor for more information.
