Manufacturing facility to be built in Lancaster

A site of 100 acres has been acquired by Jensen Infrastructure in Lancaster.

The site is at the northeast corner of Avenue G and 30th Street in Lancaster. It was purchased for $46 million from Northpoint. Jensen Infrastructure has been a leading provider of engineering and construing solutions since 1968.

The site has an ideal location in the Fox Field Industrial Corridor Specific Plan area with immediate access to the State Route 14 Freeway. Such sites can benefit from banner printing to inform residents of such upcoming projects.

Jensen Infrastructure will build a regional manufacturing facility on the site. It will span 400,000 square feet. The contractor is Fullmer Construction, and the developer is Proficiency Capital.

The president of Proficiency Capital, Matt Englhard, said that this facility will be a state-of-the-art precast concrete facility that will be the highest in the United States and a:

“generational project for the premier precast company in our country.”

CEO of Jensen Infrastructure, Eric Jensen, said that this new facility is major step on for the company in delivering the best-in-class materials needed for the growing infrastructure projects of today. He added that the company is looking forward to enhancing the premier products and solutions that they provide for their customers.

Completion of the construction is expected in March 2027. When completed it will serve portions of Nevada and of Southern California.
