Lancaster to offer solar power installations

The city of Lancaster has partnered with Participate.Energy LLC and Tesla to provide residents with more affordable and greener energy.

The Power Choice program has been created to enable homeowners access to solar power at no charge. Tesla will install and service all the solar energy systems and the set-up costs will be paid for by Participate.Energy, LLC.

When such new programs are created in a city, local Print shops often play an important role in creating Flyers, Brochures, and pamphlets with more information about eligibility and details of the programs.

Mayor of the city of Lancaster, R. Rex Parris, expressed his excitement about this partnership with Tesla that will enable residents of the city to take advantage of solar energy. He added that Lancaster is the leader for other cities that are members of the California Community Choice Association to adopt this first-of-its-kind program. He said that the program creates an on-site option for green energy, and he expressed his gratitude to Participate.Energy LLC for covering the costs of installation for many residents.

Homeowners eligible for this program will pay for battery storage and general energy usage and, should there be an emergency power shutoff, they will have access to backup power. Those who are eligible need to be customers of Lancaster Energy and can sign up for the program online.
