A deal has been closed for construction to begin on Maison’s Sierra, an affordable housing community in Lancaster.
The project will be carried out by WNC & Associates (WNC), a renowned family-owned business for being a leader in the affordable housing industry, and Ravello Holdings, one of the leading developers and builders of quality single and multi-unit homes in the state.
Maison’s Sierra will have 196 single family homes. There will 39 homes with one bedroom, 77 units with two bedrooms, and 78 units with three bedrooms. Those eligible for these homes are those who earn 30, 50, 60, and 70 percent of the median income in the area. Maison’s Sierra is on Sierra Highway and close to the downtown area where one can find the Museum of Art and History, a public library, schools, shops, and other amenities.
President at Ravello Holdings, Phil Ram, believes that these single-family homes better serve the needs of households in the area and will offer may opportunities for families. Brochure printing can be used to provide more details about such projects and their offerings.
Financing for this project was made possible with energy credits, a Merchants Bank construction loan, state and federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and financing from the Mixed Income Program of the California Housing Finance Agency.
It is expected that the project will be completed in 18 months.
