Crystal Cruises recently took home two WAVE Awards for 2015 held at The Ritz Carlton in Marina Del Rey, just a short distance from Downey, at the TravelAge West WAVE Awards.
This was a black-tie gala celebration attended by the top travel agents and companies based on the West Coast. The awards are given by the by the editorial team of TravelAge West, a publication for travel agents that carries out on-site visits, careful analysis of product offerings, surveys from travel agents, and intensive research.
The awards that Crystal Cruises received were ‘Best Onboard Dining’ and ‘Editor's Pick’ as the Cruise Line with the Highest Client Satisfaction, both of which were for ships with fewer than 1,100 guests.
In a company press release, Edie Rodriguez, President and CEO of Crystal, said he was “thrilled” to be recognized by the team of TravelAge West and by the community of travel agents once again in being able to bring its renowned ‘Crystal Experience’ to its customers and to attracting new travelers. He added that the cruise line endeavors to provide guests with a memorable travel experience and exceptional culinary offerings every day.
Crystal can use flyer printing companies to announce these awards and other accomplishments, including achieving one of the highest numbers of repeat guests in the industry, according to the press release.
