Business leaders in Downey have a chance to expand their connections when a business exposition comes to the area in the spring.
Entrepreneurs and like-minded folk will converge in late March for South Bay Business Expo 2026, a regional business trade show. The one-day event will include employers, entrepreneurs, small businesses, universities, and workforce organizations from across LA. Workforce placement, filling talent pipelines, and promoting regional business growth are key topics of focus. Participating organizations will interact directly with job seekers, students, and hiring partners during the event. The expo is sponsored by South Bay Network (SBN), a Los Angeles-based company focused on business advocacy and networking. According to their website, the firm addresses business needs through shaping policy and processes based on local data, using that information to inform recommendations to policymakers. SBN opened its doors in 2024 under the leadership of founder Jebriel Rogong.
The South Bay Business Expo 2026 will occur on Saturday, March 28, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The venue is the University Ballroom at Cal State Dominguez Hills, located at 1000 East Victoria Street in Carson. General admission to the event is $99, with vendor exhibit booths priced at $499. Tickets for either may be purchased on the SBN website.
