Management professionals who want to improve their skills have a workshop coming up in Downey that will benefit them.
Flintstone Learning is the host of a Project Management Professional (PMP) training session that will run a full four days. The course is available both in person, and as Live Virtual Classroom (LVC) Training. The course is designed to allow professionals to pass the PMP test on the first try. PMP Training also teaches how to manage projects professionally, in an organized way, and provides students with a structured method of project management.
In addition, the training will impart extensive knowledge on how to manage processes like controlling, monitoring, and executing projects. Graduates of the training will have enhanced their project management skills. Also, participants will learn using real-time scenarios and be given more than 2,000 practice questions for the PMP test, among other benefits.
Flintstone Learning provides professional certification training in project management as well as other disciplines. Training for the PMP certification uses the Sixth Edition of the “Project Management Body of Knowledge,” or PMBOK. The work is a collection of procedures, beset practices, and standards describing how to plan and carry out projects successfully. Organizers of events like this can work with Print shops to develop any additional materials.
The training is scheduled to begin September 22 at 9:00 am, and run through September 25 at 5:00 pm, at the Meeting Center in Downey.
