Shine BrightX, LLC, will hold the Project Management Techniques Certification Training Workshop in Downey this April, to give project managers a boost in their skills.
The Project Management Techniques Training is a one-day bootcamp that offers interactive instruction on how to become an effective project manager, utilizing updated and modern techniques. The training will be offered both in-person in a physical classroom and virtually in a live online classroom. The material will be presented by internally acclaimed trainers in the field, with each trainer having 10 years or more of experience.
The eight-hour intensive course will teach attendees the processes, techniques, and concepts of project management, enabling them to lead a project and team successfully. The topics to be discussed include precedence network diagrams, Gantt and Milestone charts, guidelines for successful closeout, performance measurement baselines, components and techniques of project planning, and integrated change control, plus many more related topics. Participants will receive a certificate of completion after finishing the workshop.
