Next month, the AEE SoCal 2023 Conference will take place in Downey bringing discussions on the future of clean energy solutions to the forefront.
The Southern California (SoCal) Chapter of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) is an educational nonprofit promoting sustainability and energy solutions within the engineering industry. It provides a multitude of year-round educational offerings for engineering professionals, students, and the general public. The annual energy conference brings sustainable energy topics to the forefront each year for attendees to learn about the best evidence-based methods to enact clean energy solutions.
This year’s conference will revolve around three different sessions or tracks. Track 1: The Clean Energy Transition will discuss nuclear power, hydrogen use causes, and how to grow California’s energy grid. Track 2: Inflation Reduction Act, will delve into deep decarbonization comparative analysis. Track 3: Emerging Tech & Strategies will focus on accelerating the energy transition using emerging tech and methods such as aerial mapping technology LiDAR technology for methane detection.
Panelists attending conferences such as this may participate in poster presentations to display their research. As such, they may require the services of local Print shops that specialize in poster printing.
