The host of the seminar is NAHREP, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, which is a nonprofit organization focused on sustainable homeownership for Latino communities across the country. The organization works to:
“educate and empower real estate professionals who serve Hispanic homebuyers and sellers… and advocate for public policy that supports this purpose-driven mission.”
The free homebuyer seminar is offered to all homebuyers, new and old, who wish to receive help and guidance on how best to buy a home. There will be a panel of expert speakers in various specialties of the real estate industry to discuss pertinent topics and answer any questions that attendees may have. Topics to be discussed include steps to buying a first home, mortgage options, and how to navigate the current real estate market.
Attendees to such seminars may receive pamphlets and Brochures to go along with the event’s activities, which may require organizers to seek the services of local Print shops specializing in brochure printing services.
The free seminar is scheduled for January 13 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. It will be held at CENTURY 21 LOTUS, located at Lakewood Boulevard.
