Downey business professionals should note that the Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce will hold the Sunrise Networking & Breakfast event next month.
The Santa Fe Springs Chamber of Commerce is located in Sante Fe Springs, which is bordered by Downey to the west. The chamber focuses on supporting and invigorating businesses in the Santa Fe Springs and Downey areas.
The networking breakfast will bring together professionals in these areas for a morning of connection, discussion, and festivities.
The event will feature a full breakfast and chances to meet local business leaders making a difference in the community. There will also be an Ugly Christmas Sweater contest, so attendees are encouraged to wear their ugliest, most gaudy holiday sweater to have a chance at winning the contest along with a prize. There will be various door prizes given out throughout the morning.
The main theme of this breakfast is business card exchange, so organizers encourage attendees to bring with them a supply of Business Cards to hand out to potential connections.
The networking breakfast is scheduled for December 7 from 8:00 am to 9:30 pm. It will be held at the Embassy Suites, which is located at 8425 Firestone Boulevard. Admission for chamber members is $20, and admission for potential members is $30.
