Downey first-time home buyers will have the chance to attend the free First-Time Home Buyer Workshop next month to help them in the home-buying journey.
The First-Time Home Buyer Workshop will be held by RE/MAX Sky Downey, a boutique real estate office that offers services to the Downey area and surrounding communities. The hosts will be Elite Mortgage Pros & Real Estate team, represented by Kristy Sube, Suzette Sube, and Angelica Rodriguez.
Attendees of the workshop are encouraged to have plenty of questions surrounding home buying and home ownership. The event is designed to guide people through the often-complex process of home buying, especially if they never have purchased a home before. Real estate experts will go through the ins-and-outs of the home buying process, including how to properly prepare before even looking at properties. The workshop will go over how to pass the qualification process for home loans and what programs might be available to help. Attendees will also learn about the escrow process and how to improve credit scores.
