Downey parents should note that, next month, Ellas Production and Black Cat Studio will host a fun-filled event called the Kids Fest.
Black Cat Studio is a metaphysical shop by day, and a special event rental space in the afterhours. Ellas Production frequently organizes family-friendly events and activities, such as the one happening in March, and often partners with local venue spaces such as Black Cat Studio.
The Kids Fest will have a variety of fun activities for children, but it may especially appeal to kids who are fans of Disney movies and dinosaurs. At the festival, there will be Disney characters in costume leading the various activities. Children will have fun participating in a build-a-bear workshop led by Mirabel from Encanto. Young makeup artists-in-training will have the chance to make their own nail polish and lip gloss with Isabella from Encanto. Dino enthusiasts will enjoy Dinoland Storytime, where they will hear a story in Spanish and interact and feed the triceratops.
Kids events often involve a lot of colorful Banners and eye-catching visuals. Such Banners can be printed by visiting area businesses that specialize in banner printing.
The Kids Fest is scheduled for March 11 from 12:00 pm to 6:00pm. It will take place at 12830 Paramount Boulevard. Each activity will have its own associated fee, which can be found on the Eventbrite listing.
