Lovers of good food and wine are invited to sample the offerings of local restaurants, wineries, and retailers next month.
The Old Town Clovis Wine Walk will give those who take part and opportunity to sample food and wine while browsing through the variety of retail establishments that can be found in the neighborhood. All of the sample wines that are being provided will be available for purchase at the Wine Shop, which is located at Pollasky and 5th. They can be bought by the bottle or case.
This event is held twice a year, and every time, more and more wine producers from the local area have chosen to showcase their products to the public.
People who wish to participate can buy their tickets ahead of time, and with every one comes a piece of promotional Drinkware and a punch card. Each card includes a map of the establishments that are involved, as well as other information. Every time they stop to enjoy one of the samples, their card will be punched.
The function will take place on April 30, beginning at 5:00 pm and lasting until 8:30 pm. Tickets for the evening can be purchased at Hearts Delight, Bear Creek Gifts, or Fifth Street Antiques. They can also be bought online, and more information can be found on the event’s website.
