Whether just starting out or wanting to upgrade their skills, a Clovis area workshop will soon be sharing some of the latest floral design techniques with those who take part.
Located at 1401 Fulton Street in Fresno, The Grand 1401 is set to offer its Stem Masters Academy to the public. It will take place during the evening hours, and along with the design aspect of the class, the business side of the floral industry will be on the agenda for discussion.
The registrants for the activity will engage in hands-on learning, and they will be preparing a ceremony arch of the type that would be used for a wedding or other special event. Everyone will be invited to enjoy some mingling and snacks before the learning begins, and along with the arch, the group will prepare a staircase design. When this is complete, the attendees will review pricing for this type of work, and there will be time for questions before the learners head for home.
