Bakersfield's sundry musical talent will be displayed and feted at the 2024 Bakersfield Music Awards coming in mid-July.
Guests in their gala attire will arrive walking a red carpet amid flashing cameras. Lite bites will be served along with special drinks. Local unsigned rap, hip hop, gospel, R&B, country and pop artists will perform after which an awards ceremony, recognizing local artists' musical achievements, will begin. Nominees have been based on fan interaction on social media and in-person events.
The afterparty will have local artists mingling with the guests.
Guests at events such as this often ask the artists if they have any merchandise featuring the group's or individual's logo or graphic design that may be purchased online.
Proceeds from the event will go to fund local music events, programs, initiatives and educational scholarships.
Four sponsorship packages are available. The Platinum and Gold sponsors need to get their Logo Design to the organizers before the stage banner printing gets underway. These sponsors will also receive BMA gift Bags with Promotional Products donated by local music-related businesses.

The 2024 Bakersfield Music Awards will take place Sunday, July 21st, from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm, at The Iron Lily Venue, 424 24th Street.
