Local country club holds charity golf tournament
Bakersfield Stockdale Country Club will be holding Magdalene Hope’s 6th Annual ‘Tee off for Hope’ Golf Tournament in early April.
The tournament will begin with a four-person scramble shot gun start at 8:30 am. Registration for individual golfers will be $150 and will include a cart, 18 holes of golf, gift bags, lunch, and hosted beverages. Teams of four can register for $600, and tickets will include the same amenities.
Any golfer getting a hole-in-one will receive a great prize. There will also be prizes for those finishing first second and third, hitting the longest drive, and getting closest to the pin. A luncheon and raffle will take place after play.
