Brides Against Breast Cancer will take place this month here in Bakersfield.
The sale will be held at the Four Points by Sheridan Bakersfield. Brides-to-be can enjoy shopping for gowns with other engaged women, all the while knowing their purchase will help those women whose lives are disrupted by breast cancer.
Gown prices will vary considerably and the event will thereby be able to accommodate almost any pocketbook. The prices for most gowns will fall somewhere between $99 and $799 and will include hundreds of new designer dresses valued up to $4,000. In addition, a select group of designer and couture dresses will be available. This group will contain wedding dresses reaching the $20,000 mark and will be marked down from 25% to 75%.
Companies that cater to couples getting married, such as caterers, photographers, and wedding cake designers, are always looking to increase their name recognition.
