A Toulouse Lautrec Faire la Fete, the 6th annual farm-to-table event fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Kern County, will take place in early October.
Guests can feast on farm-to-table cuisine of seasonal and fresh produce raised by local farmers and prepared by Bakersfield chefs. A table for eight can be reserved for $1,200, and guests can also buy tickets for the Mystere Box Raffle.
Bakersfield entertainers and local artists will be presenting imaginative performances and productions, including Tableau Vivants (static scenes involving silent costumed models or actors).
Program brochure printing is including all event details, information about the evening’s program, and descriptions of the items up for bidding in the silent and live auctions.
Sponsorship levels range from the Fountain of Youth Non-Alcoholic Beverage $1,500 to Tableaux Vivant $5,000, and on up to the $10,000 Gold sponsor. A sponsor’s Logo Design will be at the drink station, on complimentary glasses and coasters, on LED-wrapped champagne bottles, tote Bags, event T-Shirts, and on the backdrop of the photo opportunity set.
The event will help the Boys and Girls Clubs of Kern County reach out to local youth, enabling them to become caring, productive responsible citizens.
Toulouse Lautrec Faire la fete will be Friday, October 8 from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm at Seven Oaks Highgate by Castle & Cooke, 1800 Hazelwick Drive.
