Brides-to-be prepare for end of month event

The Kern County Bridal Association is presenting a bridal show in Bakersfield in a few days’ time.

This is an opportunity for the newly engaged to meet with vendors to fill all their bridal needs including flowers, cakes, hair and makeup artists, DJs, transportation, and gowns. Attendees will also be able to meet with wedding planners who could help engaged couples plan their weddings to relieve a lot of the stress. Attendees will likely have to opportunity to meet with printers who would be able to help with postcard printing for engagement announcements among other bridal needs.

Although VIP tickets are sold out, there is still an opportunity to purchase platinum VIP or dinner tickets. These ticketholders will have the opportunity to attend a Fashion Show which features the gowns of celebrity guest David Tutera. Dinner ticketholders will be able to attend a dinner with David Tutera prior to the Saturday evening fashion show.

General admission tickets are also available. General admission will allow guests to meet with the various vendors and view the creative works of an Ice Carver. This admission will also permit future brides and grooms to attend a book signing by Tutera.

The event will take place on January 31 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Location is the Kern County Fair, 1142 South P Street, Bakersfield, California. For more information, visit the Kern County Bridal Association website.
