The chain has committed to the construction of a four-story, 124-unit hotel in Bakersfield with Ajit Bhattal as the franchisee. Bakersfield is just one of several new projects that the company has recently announced, as it concentrates on building its brand in the western states.
Ron Burgett, Executive Vice President of Franchise Development, said in a press release:
“We are excited to partner with Ajit Bhattal on this Bakersfield project.
“Ajit is a great addition to the Value Place family.”
Bhattal, no stranger to franchising, owns and operates service stations and quick-serve restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the site of where the new Value Place Hotel will be built. He explained:
“I was attracted to Value Place because it complements my existing businesses within the city of Bakersfield. The brand has a simple operating model that is attractive to me as a first-time hotelier.”
As will all new businesses, the new hotel will no doubt require the services of a Print company to supply a variety of Stationery items.
Value Place is closing in on having 200 of its extended-stay hotels across 32 states. It was recently named as the number one U.S. hotel franchise by Forbes magazine.Get a Free Quote for Stationery Get a Free Quote for Print
