Kern Community Foundation will be presenting it 3rd Annual Give Big at the Park 2025 here in Bakersfield in early May.
This will be a meet and greet with more than 60 local nonprofits sharing their stories, services and missions with the community. The event's purpose is to connect these organizations' causes with other nonprofits and with Bakersfield residents, raise funds, get new volunteers and donors. Over the years, this event has been instrumental in raising over $4.2 million for 150 local causes.
The free festival will have food available for purchase, and live performances. Attendees may also win prizes from Foundation sponsors.
Nonprofits use banner printing so they have colorful Banners to call attention to their cause.
Sponsorship levels are available at $1500, $2500, $5000, $10,000 and $20,000 levels. All sponsorships come with the opportunity to have their names and logos printed on Yard Signs designed by local Print shops. Other amenities include company logos on the event's homepage, social media through 2025 and company names on the event's Giving Card.
The 3rd Annual Give Big at the Park 2025 will be at The Park at River Walk, 11298 Stockdale Highway, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday, May 3rd.
This event is the lead-up to Give Big Kern which actually begins on May 6th. This initiative is Kern County's official day of giving.
