Many golf enthusiasts here in Bakersfield will be heading to the Hey There Delilah, Inaugural Golf Tournament coming at the beginning of June.
Participants can look forward to a breakfast, snacks, lunch and drinks, massages and the chance to win the $20,000 hole-in-one prize.
Four-player teams can register for $675 including play, breakfast and lunch. The $300 Hole Sponsor tickets include Yard Signs displaying the company's logo that will be placed on the green. Tee sponsorships are $200, and vendor sponsorships are $300.
Many who attend events like this bring Business Cards and use the downtimes for networking opportunities.
The Platinum ($2000), Gold ($1500) and Bronze ($1000) sponsors will receive commemorative hats, sponsor a tee each, and need to get their logos to the event organizer before the tournament banner printing gets underway. Polo shirts will also go to the Platinum and Gold sponsors.
Other perks for the Platinum sponsors will be recognition on the event's social media, reserved tables at the luncheon, and ice chests filled with drinks on their golf carts.
Presented by Del Records and Motor City, Lexus, the charity tournament has been organized to support Hey There Delilah, an organization that finds resources and eases financial burdens for families with children battling cancer.
